Nellie's Acres Primitive Pantry Cakes!  These are what I love making and I hope that it shows!  My Primitive Pantry Cakes are baked right here on our farm in New Hampshire one at a time with time and attention to detail with every one being individually designed and created!  My dough recipe is loaded with lots of fragrant spices and then to finish them, I  hand rub the entire finished cake in spices to add even more "grunge and prim"!  Each Pantry Cake has it's own personality and "look" because of the tiny little cracks and crevices that are "baked" into the cake and then accented with my Spice Rub!
